The health resort of Archman, near a village of the same name. The place has long been known for its mineral springs. Local legend has it that the health-giving properties of the waters were discovered by a shepherd named Archman who, upon bathing in the warm waters of the pool at the spring head, discovered that his irritating rash was miraculously healed. A spa was established here as early as 1915. The resort is mainly geared to patients staying a week or more for the treatment of skin or intestinal complaints, but offers rooms on a short-stay basis too.
